But before we know it, the kids will be back at school, tubs of Quality Street will be stacked to the rafters in the supermarkets, and you'll be grabbing a couple of bottles of special offer Bailey's 'to put away'. You know I'm right.
I'm aware that a lot of my followers here found me through my work as The Home Cakery Coach. The summer holidays are usually quiet for business bakers who don't make wedding cakes. So use this time to get ahead! Here's a video I made about 'Silly Season Strategy' to make the best of it.
